I can't begin to thank you enough. My experience while hunting on your farms was unlike any other. It's like sitting at home and watching the outdoor network but in reality its actually happening to you. After spending hours upon hours working as a carpenter on the television show "Dear Genevieve", your camp is the perfect escape from reality. From the quality of your massive food plots to the way you manage your deer herd, your land shows quality deer management at its finest. I've hunted with Midwest Bucks for two straight years and have had shots at two giants. Just this year I harvested a 153 inch, 300 lb, 9 point buck and a doe on video. WHAT A YEAR!!! The hospitality given by Rick, Lynn, and their staff are amazing from the cooks to the cabins; its the kind of place that is so good you almost want to keep it a secret. Dear Rick and Mars,

Your hunting operation is 2nd to none. I have hunted whitetail Deer everywhere, and when I found your operation in 2005, I knew I had finally found the Place. That year, I missed the 200" Huge Buck in Indiana with my Muzzleloader in mid-December; tough luck again in 2006 with a narrow miss. Each season the hunting and food plots have increased so readily that the week I hunted in 2007 all 10 of us in camp got shots with the bow. There were 8 bucks recovered with your average score over 150" and I connected on a buck you guys new well-"Old Forky" which scored over 160" Pope and Young. The 8 point 163" Boone and Crockett I harvested in Indiana this fall is a dream Buck and I also Bow Hunted Illinois and Hit a Giant 160" plus buck in the shoulder with an unsuccessful recovery. That's hunting! We searched for 2 days and you guys did your best. Thanks for helping me take a world class 8 point which has always been a Dream- now a dream come true. Travis is an outstanding worker and guide and his knowledge of bow hunting is top notch! Thanks guys for planting all the Massive and beautiful food plots. That helps make your operation the best! Rick your scouting and ability to get quality photos of the bucks we harvest and talk about them on the properties is unheard of in this industry. Thanks again for all you do!

Midwest Bucks has been my only whitetail destination over the past 10 years! I hunt with the Davidson's every other year and have harvested 4 huge Pope and Young Bucks and 1 mature doe each of the 5 years - I like helping to manage the herd! I decided after hunting in January 2010 I will never hunt the rut again! I always had great luck hunting the rut however I saw over 30 shooter bucks in 5 days and passed many 130-140 class deer. Each season it gets better and the quality management you guys have blows the other Midwestern outfits away. With all the standing corn, Power plant, and winter wheat the Monster Bucks were everywhere in January. Thanks again for allowing me the opportunity to hunt such prime ground and truly caring about my success!!!

Thanks for a great week and really good home cooking. Lynn I know it was
the food that assured my recovery from the Swine Flu :)   As many other
people have said you guys are truly a family operation and it seems like
family when I come out to hunt with you. Wished I could afford to do it
every year and really would if I could, but even so will be out again. We
can't control the weather and it got warmer and shut the rut down but then
things picked up again. The areas we hunted were great and you could tell
had the potential at anytime to have the big guy come out. Travis is a joy
to work with! He works hard, has a great attitude and keeps you focused and
your spirits high. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and have a Merry
Christmas, will see you at Harrisburg.
